Data Analyst InReach is looking to hire a Data Analyst. InReach is looking for a passionate and qualified junior Data Analyst. The successful candidate will help the organization turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. The Data Analyst will develop system standards and ensure the quality and health of databases across the organization. They will be responsible for process documentation, analysis and reporting around the company's electronic health record (EHR) system. They will monitor data health and implement quality control plans to identify improvements. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 4:30pm (37.5 hr work week); with hybrid schedule option (In-office and remote) Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr depending on experience This position is partially remote and in-office. (4530 Park Road, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28209) Responsibilities: (This is not an all-inclusive list of all job duties that may be required; employee will be required to perform other related duties as assigned.) Designs, builds, tests, and generates customized forms and reports utilizing electronic health record (EHR) software; reviews, revises formats, and analyzes data to ensure information meets organization standards. Utilizes electronic health record (EHR) data to generate metrics and business insights. Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations. Collaborates with various project stakeholders to identify needs for data capture and reporting; identifies, manages, and documents process as they relate to the EHR. Collaborates closely with technical support, database administrators, software developers, and other business groups. Developing automated processes for data scraping. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and import those into the EHR. Aids in data discovery for periodic cleanup activities with users and project teams. Performs data entry and troubleshoots to identify and resolve data entry and information processing errors/ problems. Ensures successful conversion of databases during/following system implementation. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field. 2-3 years of SQL server database experience or database administration experience in a business environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with any of the following: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL; Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle OEM, or MySQL Workbench. Excellent database management skills, especially using MS Excel. Fluent with Power BI or similar BI tools. Experience with database migration, performance tuning, and optimization, and setting up and managing database connections. Experience or familiarity with RPA. Familiar with SQL reporting services including creating, modifying, and managing custom reports. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Accurate and precise attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills. Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
