Doorman GOLDLEAF is seeking a Full time Doorman/Security role at our luxury medical cannabis dispensary located in Sebring, FL. This position is first and foremost a customer service-oriented Doorman position. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Responsibilities include: Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome. Stand at the front door at all times and open the door for every single patient and guest coming and going from the dispensary. Escort patients/guests to and from their vehicles when necessary. Assist with any security concerns. Patrol building and parking lot as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned. Interact with the public in a professional manner when providing assistance, giving directions and responding to inquiries. Assist with customer disputes, intoxicated subjects, criminal matters when necessary. Resolve complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer to management. Notify supervisor, manager of any unusual events, incidents or crimes. Assist in response to medical or fire emergencies, such as sick or injured guests. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Ability to stand for (8) hours at a time. Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to patients and guests. Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Must be able to a background check.
