The Role: Our Call by Call Coordinator will support the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Call by Call Departments, Inside Sales, and and Leadership. This position will function as the liaison between the Call by Call Coach and all departments across Peterman. This position will also be responsible for tracking and reporting all KPI metrics to the Call by Call Supervisor and Department Manager. What You'll Do: Build leads for Call by Call department. Daily close out and reassigning of outstanding jobs. Report on status of jobs not sold. Handle and track all KPI reporting in the department. Offer email support and scheduling of trainings and meetings. Book rooms and manage call coach schedules for one on ones and team accountability sessions. Look over efficiency with call volume and average tickets/sales. Report on conversion percentage, close percentage and bring anything under metric to the attention of the call by call manager. Strategize and promote opportunities to develop new policies and procedures. Provide general support for the Call Coaches. Support in resolving small issues, including rebate issues and not eligible for rebates. Direct people to the proper party and act as a liaison between departments. Sales and KPI report building and tracking (in service titan). Take notes on all meetings and trainings. What You'll Need: 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint). Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to encourage the Peterman Brothers team. High School Diploma/GED Want to join a company that puts people first?
