We are continuing to grow our efforts, and we will grow further together. This position will be providing Sandata's customers with assistance in implementing and operating our products. This position is required to have knowledge and experience in enterprise software systems with an emphasis on home care, I/DD, and clinical. The main responsibility includes assisting new and existing customers with implementations of newly purchased modules/products. This position is customer focused and will require critical thinking, project management, and strong communication skills. Duties and responsibilities for this position are outlined below. This position is remote and the candidate can sit anywhere in the United States. What you will do: Create short-term plans, including setting targets and adhering to deadlines Making effective decisions when presented with numerous options on how to progress with a specific project Communicate with customers to ensure the project is aligned with the project goals Help smooth friction points throughout the project team and company Maintains positive relations with all customers, projecting a positive image of the company always. Through a thorough and complete understanding of the assigned modules/products and typical agency processes, provide all levels of assistant to Sandata's customers during and post the implementation process. Analyze a customer's needs during implementation and support and provide the "best" option for customers instead of the most obvious, standard, or quickest option. Lead individual and group trainings, webinars, and seminars for the modules specified above over the Internet and in person, if necessary. Review/Approve all pertinent implementation artifacts. Be an integral part in the development and testing of new features within the software. What You Will Bring: Experience in coordinating project activities and gathering business requirements. Experience in managing formal documentation reviews with multiple stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills. Someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment The ability to effectively communicate including strong written, verbal and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences. Ability to explain technical terms in everyday language. The ability and willingness to complete several concurrent tasks with attention to time constraints, quality, and sufficient detail. Proficiency in project management software, issue management systems (Atlassian Jira, or equivalent), collaboration software (Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, or similar), and office document software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, etc.).
