Director of Community Outreach Alliance Orthopedics, the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our team! The Director of Community Outreach serves as one of the motivated, high-energy faces of the organization! They are responsible for the initiation, planning and implementation of both internal and external marketing and outreach strategies. This role will be responsible for connecting the community by cultivating relationships with businesses, municipalities, individuals, and other relevant organizations through events, drop ins, sponsorships, and more. The Director of Community Outreach will report to the Director of Marketing and will work in conjunction with the marketing and sales department to drive relationship establishment and community engagement. Summary of Responsibilities: Stand out as a valuable team member, bringing energy in collaboration with all other healthcare disciplines in a team setting to help our patients GET BETTER FASTER! Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, sponsorships, appearances, and other communication activities. Maintain and understand annual budgets for community outreach activities Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners Schedule regular outreach exhibitions and sponsorships in the community and educate employees on community responsibilities Organize and execute workshops for doctors, providers and other team members to attend including lunch and learns, educational speaking engagements, networking opportunities, others Seek out, schedule, coordinate and execute Teacher Wellness Days - including catering lunch, scheduling providers for individual schools and serving the community with our services Perform regular educational B2B drop ins- including but not limited to medical practices, urgent cares, municipalities, attorneys, sporting facilities Assist in the organization of special events, including fundraising and conference initiatives. Implement marketing and advertising strategies by preparing advertising plans, strategic objectives and outlining promotional events Support the administrative staff by providing marketing related data, trends, forecasts, and new patient information. Drive lead generation through relationship creation and relationship management with relative businesses and community leaders Be a part of the growth of our social media presence including capturing photos, receiving proper documentation Maintain an "event ready" standard by keeping promotional material coordinated as well as managing inventory including giveaways and promotional materials Develop and manage marketing calendar to be used as a departmental tool for assigning and coordinating event schedules within the marketing team Prepare and distribute post-event summary and analytics, including but not limited to, number of leads captured and results from follow up Attend weekly company meetings, in all offices, as representation of the marketing team Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in relative fields managing outreach events and community engagement objectives. Must have experience in Microsoft & Google Suites Outstanding written communication and presentation skills Ability to handle and transport event supplies and equipment Strong knowledge of social media and marketing mediums and platforms Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time Must be able and willing to drive personal vehicle for work purposes Mandatory 95% attendance at outreach events, including weekends Benefits: VERY competitive salary and a runway for professional growth Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Accrued paid time off, sick time, and six paid company holidays Retirement savings account with a percentage based company match Job Details: Full-time Multiple Locations COVID-19 considerations: Alliance Orthopedics is educating employees and patients about steps they can take to protect themselves and others through the implementation of the CDC recommendations.
