Position Summary Provide quality support to all of IMPACT and its' clients in keeping with IMPACT's philosophy of customer service, teamwork and value-added. Provide quality customer service by greeting clients, answering phones and screening calls, making and confirming client appointments, generating/monitoring reports, inventory supply, general correspondence, maintaining/updating information. Principal duties and responsibilities Provide a welcoming experience to IMPACT clients and visitors Register clients and visitors Ensure IMPACT is compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws ensuring client confidentiality Ensure accurate processing of client payments Provide accurate data entry Schedule appointments for Intoxicated Driver Program and Access Point Answer incoming calls and screen for appropriate transfer Other general office duties as assigned Actively participate in and support the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives Qualifications Customer Service experience Social services or human services work environment exposure Computer software expertise (Microsoft Word , Excel ) Ability to learn and integrate other computer-based programs Required to speak, read and write in Spanish Reside in the State of Wisconsin and within 50 miles of IMPACT Knowledge / Abilities / S kills Good judg ment, decision-ma king and problem-solving skills Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent customer service s kills internally and externally Effective verbal a nd written communication skills Cultural competency skills necessary to work eff ectively with diverse customers Excellent computer skills Highly organize d, detail and accuracy oriented Valid driver's license Ability to work some evenings Ability to travel between multiple office locations Pay and Benefits (benefits starts the 1 st of the month, following 30 days of employment) : $18.00 starting rate Medical (Traditional and HSA plan offered) Dental and Vision Flexible Spending - Employees can make pre-tax payroll deductions for medical and /or childcare expenses Long Term Disability at no cost to the employee Life & AD&D offered at no cost to the employee AFLAC - IMPACT offers supplemental insurance on an employee voluntary contribution basis. 401(K) Plan - Eligibility is after six (6) months of service and 500 hours. Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing with the first day of work for employees working 20 hours or more per week. This time can be used after the initial 90-days. IMPACT observes (11 ) Holidays - New Year's Day (including New Year's Eve) , Martin Luther King Jr Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (including the d ay after Thanksgiving ) , Christmas Day (including Christmas Eve) .
