Server About Us Neighbors Nashville is a premier sports bar destination in the Middle Tennessee market which provides the most enjoyable sports immersive experience unlike anywhere else in the greater Nashville area. We aim to create an atmosphere that welcomes everyone in a neighborly fashion, providing excellent service, crushable drinks and coveted food. From our sports-adorned walls full of memorabilia and massive TVs, we are here to provide a great time for all and grow into a neighborhood near you. Role As a server with Neighbors, you will be setting the tone of the restaurant with friendly and approachable service while taking food and drink orders from customers accurately. You will be responsible to maintain a positive tone with the customers and build a rapport with the customer to ensure the best experience possible. You should have knowledge of the menu, both drink and food, and be able to make recommendations based on the conversations with the customers. You will prepare checks for the guest, collect payments, and continue to serve the guest until they leave the building. Role Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintaining a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Be self starting and perform high-quality work without constant supervision Create and maintain a team-oriented environment Ability to handle money accurately and operate Aloha POS Understand food, merch, and drink menus and all available items in the restaurant for sale Job Qualifications Must have a TN ABC card to start Prior serving experience is preferred Basic math skills and cash handling experience are required Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times Ability to work in a fast paced environment Understanding of POS systems
