A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER As a Landscape Crew Leader, you play an essential role in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and effectively. As Landscape Crew Leader you Lead and give direction to the crew at the job site. You ensure a safe and orderly job site that reflects the professionalism of our company. The work you do includes spring and fall clean-ups, garden installations, landscape maintenance, pruning, and hardscape installations. In all your interactions, you are knowledgeable and courteous. To maintain an efficient operation, you follow the guidelines of the Landscape Manager for each job. You accurately and completely record hours worked and materials used for each job and submit them to the landscape manager at the end of every day. You take great pride in helping to beautify and improve your community! QUALIFICATIONS More than one year of landscape maintenance, garden construction, and hardscape installation experience Valid driver's license and a good driving record Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days Ability to lift 80 lbs. NH Pesticide Applicator License a plus! Do you love working outdoors? Are you self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented? Do you have a positive, upbeat attitude? Are you dependable and eager to take on new challenges? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! WORK SCHEDULE This landscaping position is full or part-time.
