A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QC and SERVICE REQUEST SUPERVISOR As a QC and Service Request Supervisor, you have the keen ability to recognize the level of quality acceptable to keep homes and facilities always looking their best. As you assess the needs of each site, you'll be the link between the customer and crew to ensure the company's quality standards are executed. You'll be an excellent team player as you work in close communication with other landscape crew members , crew leaders and management. You hold quality and safety standards in the highest regard , including using required personal protective equipment as well as ensuring proper use and care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools. Your proud that your contributions keep our clients' property looking its best. And, in turn, your efforts are instrumental to the overall success of our landscaping company. Additionally, you will perform: Punch list assigned jobs using VendorTrax systeM Customer walk-throughs and estimating Bid Service Requests using Vendortrax online bidding system Overseeing service request from start to finish Material sourcing Plant placement Working closely with crew leader to get work completed Quality control for service request Follow up meeting with customer if required Job cost tracking Receipt tracking Perform specialty maintenance at selected accounts Assist ops manager in scheduling and other needs QC and SERVICE REQUEST SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift 50 lbs. or more Able to work outdoors and stand/walk for long periods of time Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and clean record 5 or more years of experience in commercial/residential landscape maintenance, irrigation, lawn care, and/or operating small machinery is required.
