POSITION SUMMARY The duties of this role encompass a variety of financial transactions performed for members in-person, via phone, and through the mail. Including processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and balancing each day's transactions, and verifying cash totals; answering member questions regarding Credit Union products, and actively cross-selling Credit Union services.On occasion, this position may be asked to assist members at other branches. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Six months to two years of banking and/or credit union experience a plus. SKILLS/ABILITIES DESIRED: Creative problem solver. Thoroughness and attention to detail. Well-developed sales skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and flexible Able to remain calm, friendly, and professional through any and all situations.
