Phil Long Collision Center is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will also support our Accounting Department. We are searching for someone to perform a wide range of duties including greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling estimates and repairs, checking in vehicles, accepting payments, reconciling accounts. Additional duties include filing, general clerical duties and special projects as assigned by management. Essential Duties Assists with front desk Receptionist duties; answering phones, scheduling customers for estimates, repairs and customer vehicle pickups in a courteous and upbeat manner. Receive payments in the forms of cash, check, and credit card. Receipt and document payments. Call on assignments from the insurance company to schedule customers in for estimates and/or email when necessary. Create repair orders in our body shop software program. Collect and verify pertinent customer information to assist the repair process. Ability to read a repair estimate to accurately assess the scheduling needs of the repair. Perform basic and routine accounting functions. Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. Other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to data entry, document scanning, filing, etc. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required or preferred. Customer Service experience General Accounting experience Previous accounting experience in a Collision Center preferred Working knowledge of CCC1 preferred Ability to identify, review and investigate accounting irregularities Microsoft Office Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Category: Administrative Location: Phil Long Collision Center Travel Required: None Level/Salary Range: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour Position Type: Full Time
