Senior Sales Estimator/ Project Manager

Kaloutas, an established and growing commercial painting, industrial flooring, and fireproofing contractor is now accepting applications for an independent, enthusiastic, casual individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager for the NH/Maine area. You will be working with an attentive, encouraging, and easy-going team of people. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for determining the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. You will estimate labor, material, and time requirements in order to be able to compute the overall cost of the project. You will adhere to financial constraints without compromising on our high standards by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to communicate the customer's goals to Operation Managers. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to position us as their favorite trusted resource. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base pay. This position is bonus based on individual production and profitability.
