Facilities Maintenance Technician

RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking multiple Facilities Maintenance Technicians for work to be performed in Deland, Florida. Facilities Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for completing regular trailer/home maintenance projects and ensuring all construction work is completed at high standards, up to specs and code regulations. Responsibilities: Complete work orders as directed Conduct various types of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, siding, installation, etc). Inspects structures for compliance by reading and interpreting plans Inspect work quality according to contract and process specifications Notate all items completed and further items needed based on work orders and inspections Assist with resolution of complaints Approving or denying installation of materials or systems Maintains records and documents for general contractor Reviews plans, application and other requests determining requirements for codes compliance.
