Join us, for the Greater Good. This position can be based from a home office in California or at our beautiful headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Create, edit and maintain technical documentation for client projects and internal sales and marketing, such as user guides, help content, knowledge base content, system documentation, design specifications, sales presentations, white papers, and marketing collateral. Write, design and modify documentation for a wide audience with varying skill levels. Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to uphold DataHouse and client project guidelines, documentation standards, and marketing guidelines. Attend project demos and meetings to demonstrate technical features and stay informed on functionality enhancements. Work closely with our Project Managers, Sales Manager, CEO, and service teams to meet established goals and expectations. Demonstrate dedicatation to DataHouse Core Values in making a better place to live for our communities, clients, and employees. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred, 3+ years of Technical writing or related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite apps is a plus Good working knowledge in IT consulting, products & services Solid knowledge in Business Consulting, Software, Cloud Computing, PaaS, SaaS, and other Enterprise level software solutions highly preferred Experience and interest working in the technology services sector highly preferred Proven excellent writing and proofreading skills A team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Comfortable and effective speaking to IT and C-Level Management Entrepreneurial and interested in working for a consulting firm in high growth mode
