What we're looking for: Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phoneAbility to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times using Open TablePlanning and organizing dining room seating for the evening Ability to stand for long periods of time Answering the phones and providing information about the restaurantClearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employeesControlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfactionTeam player; you're always willing to give and ask for help Must be available to work a minimum of 2 lunch shifts including 1 weekday Must be available weekends and major holidays Flexible scheduling Excellent training programHealth benefits including medical, dental and visionCareer growth opportunitiesFamily meal twice a day
