Bankers' Bank has offices in Madison, WI, Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL, and Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a Senior Vice President - Payments & Cash Management role to join our Madison, WI location. This role provides oversight of the department to ensure that deposit operations occur seamlessly, daily Bank settlement between all correspondent accounts balances, daylight overdraft is monitored, and customer service that exceeds expectations is provided. Develops new products consistent with the Bank's mission and customer needs and/or requests. Ensures that current products follow the logical and mapped lifecycle plans. Leadership and Management Provide leadership for the Payment and Cash Management staff. Develop innovative strategies to enhance performance of the staff. Has borrowing authority from correspondent providers and Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Discount Window. Produces and monitors an annual budget. Reviews department related bank policies. Participates and contributes to the strategic plan. Actively participate in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Committee, Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC), Information Technology (IT) Governance Committee, Asset-Liability (ALCO) Committee, and FIRE Stakeholders Committee. Payments & Cash Management Provide leadership to ensure that daily settlement of correspondent accounts, calculation of available funds for upstream Fed Funds sales, domestic and international wire transfers, Fedline applications, daily FIRE workflow, image cash letter (ICL) processing, respondent cash management and Fed Funds sweeps function, daily deposit operations, daylight overdraft monitoring reports, exception processing, reconciliation questions, and customer service that exceeds expectations is provided. Monitor the Bank's reserve and pass-through reserve requirements for customers. Product Management Provide leadership to ensure that current product follow the logical and mapped lifecycle plans. Develops new products and services consistent with the Bank's mission and customer needs and/or requests. Market via various mediums the products and services offered. Organizes ongoing customer training opportunities related to department products, processes and services. Organizes regular user group meetings such as Bankers' Bank Operations User Group (BBOP) and bi-annual customer Payment & Cash Management seminars. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or a related field. Five or more years of deposit operations, accounting, banking, product management or other related experience. Five or more years of progressive leadership and management experience.
