If you're hard-working and dedicated, RowCal is an ideal place to get ahead.Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company softwareExterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is a plusMaintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clientsUse of problem-solving techniques and analytical skillsUse of a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout the daySupport team members, be a team player and be eager to learnTrack expenses used at job sitesUnderstanding of general maintenance processes and methodsOn-call rotation requiredOther duties as assigned Requirements/Skills Basic understanding of general maintenance and constructionMust have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skillsAble to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectivelyFlexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environmentSkilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional teamPhysically capable of lifting 50 poundsValid Drivers License required Pay: $30 per hour based on experienceBenefits:We offer an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
