What will I do as a Lead Server ? Serve residents in cooperation with nursing staff and according to resident preferences. Clear and reset tables for meal service. Serve as Relief Supervisor for the Personal Care dining room. What do I need to be a Lead Server ? A reliable, cooperative, and cheerful attitude. Strong communication skills.
