We are looking for qualified candidates with a good work history and strong picking/pulling skills. Additional skills include shipping/ receiving, packing, loading/unloading trucks and forklift experience. We are currently working a minimum of 45 hours per week. Your work schedule will be discussed during the interview. We have 2 start times for 1st shift to accommodate receiving goods and shipping out products. Summary: To perform a wide variety of warehouse functions, including but not limited to, shipping, receiving, pulling, packing, restocking, counting, verifying parts and components in order to meet the service and manufacturing requirements of our internal and external customers. Duties: "Must Have" List Read purchase orders, part numbers, pick lists, packing lists, freight bills and verify accuracy of orders. Must be able to verify and match everything on the invoice/bill and or order / pick list a ccuracy is a must Must be able to safely operate industrial forklift truck and other material handling equipment in the Warehouse and other departments as necessary. Must be able to use hands/fingers to pull, pack, and make ready for shipments for delivery to customers. Must be able to use a computer to input and retrieve data relative to Warehouse functions. Must be able to use tablet and warehouse specific software (Epicor preferred - but experience with any type of data base operating software is acceptable) Must be able to communicate with Managers or Supervisors, to point out any mistakes that are found. Employee must be willing to cross train in multiple areas of warehouse (receiving / shipping). Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, sit, bend, stoop, reach, push and pull. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds to move, deliver and store parts. Skills/Experience Requirements: Speak and understand English in order to communicate regarding drawn, written, or verbal instructions. Basic literacy to read specifications, notices, purchase orders, bill of ladings, pick tickets, and pack lists. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Communicate and provide customer service to Dealers and Customers when they have questions and concerns about shipments or shipping information. Must be able to handle inventory verifications and upkeep through computer system. Must understand the basics of a team environment and work without constant supervision and task assignment. Must have initiative to perform task on a non-repetitive basis. Must have high school diploma or GED.
