Job Profile : Program Manager Location: Fort Rucker, AL Schedule: Full Time SECURITY CLEARANCE - SECRET Navigator Development Group, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to serve as the U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Program Manager at Fort Rucker, Alabama. **Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award** Responsibilities Responsible for the overall execution of Contractor efforts and will have full decision-making authority on behalf of the Contractor in regard to all performance under this contract Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills Qualifications Required: Minimum of ten (10) years of documented and verifiable successful Program Management experience of comparable size and scope in the military, civilian, contractor, or a combination of the three (3). US Citizen SECRET clearance Full spectrum SERE-C graduate, to include Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD) and Hostage Detention (HD) training Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test Present a professional and credible image at all times Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Teaching experience in a DoD SERE-related program; management experience specific to the U.S. Army SERE School Navigator is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
