Independent Contractor - Medical Field Case Manager/Social Worker/Rehabilitation - Workers Compensation - Located in Dallas, TX Must have certification as Case Manager, i.e., CCM, CRN, CDMS, CRC, COHN RN preferred 1099 Contractor Experienced with Workers' Compensation, familiar with Texas Workers' Compensation law and ODG Responsible for managing Case management files for injured workers following IMO protocols and in compliance with client directives. Collaborates with physician and the multidisciplinary team including adjusters, medical care providers and employers to facilitate the plan of care and assist in identification and concurrent resolution of variances Uses clinical/social work skills with background in occupational health/rehabilitation to coordinate the individual's treatment program while maximizing cost containment Bachelors Degree in nursing or related field required This is an IN PERSON Case Manager role in the field
