The SEN-WFIS Program Assistant will assist the Substance Exposed Newborn - Women and Family Intervention Services (SEN-WFIS) program staff with all clerical request in support of various projects and program needs. Such as: processing program purchasing and finance requests; maintaining the client referral system; making contacts and arrangements as assigned; handling written and oral communications; and preparing and maintaining records, data and reports to support projects and programs as assigned. The Program Assistant is an integral part of the team! The Care Managers and Care Coordinators cannot do what they do without you! High school diploma with three (3) years of relevant experience including general clerical and reception duties, data entry, managed etailed documentation to maintain 'paper' trails, audits, and strict record-keeping requirements. CDAC employment qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Position requires a Level II Background and valid driver's license.
