Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School is a co-ed PreK-12 school in the Diocese of Austin. Located in Waco, Texas. BLR has a rich history of both athletic and academic excellence that spans over six decades. The Director of Athletics reports to the Head of School and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Bishop Louis Reicher Athletic Department. He or she is responsible for the success and advancement of the athletic program according to BLR's vision for athletics which is as follows: In developing the skills of every student-athlete, BLR Athletics fosters a dedication to sportsmanship and leadership in youth who are above all disciples of Jesus Christ and who hope to discover in spirited competition and personal excellence , strength of character and lasting friendships . Qualified candidates will be driven and inspired by the mission of Catholic Schools to develop young men and women in academic, athletic and spiritual leadership. Additionally, candidates must have 5+ relevant experience years and be extremely detail oriented, collaborative and organized with the unique ability to motivate and lead both coaches and athletes.
