Position: Nursing Supervisor - Long Term Care Job Status : Full Time; Rotating Weekends Salary: Salary Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Retirement Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Generous Paid Time Off Duties: Provides clinical direction to develop all nursing personnel and maintains operations aspect of the patient/resident care unit. Assess, plan, organize, implement and direct resident care services to ensure high quality of care, excellent customer service and efficient operations. Ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner. Other duties as required.
