Role and Responsibilities: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for marketing EDEN's subsidized housing programs and recruitment new landlords in the private sector to work with the Rapid Re-Housing program as well as our rental subsidies and clients associated with EDEN. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Cultivate strong business relationships with Property Owners/Landlords that provide quality housing for subsidy clients. 2. Improve marketing materials associated with the Rapid-Re-housing Program as well as permanent subsidy programs. 3. Develop and Implement a portal on the EDEN, Inc. website for landlords to receive/send information. 4. Track the number of new landlords recruited. 5. Revise the Units Available List. 6. Investigate complaints related to participants and property owners. 7. Returns Phone calls to landlords inquiring about our programs. 8. Present at landlords forums and community meetings to educate new and current landlords about our agency and processes.
