Best Line Equipment is currently seeking Service Agreement and Maintenance Technicians to service the Pennsylvania Capital Region. All technicians will report to our Harrisburg, PA facility, providing mobile service to the entire Capital Region, extending as far as but not limited to Lancaster, York, Carlisle, and Hamburg areas. Road Technicians are supplied with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, company credit cards, fuel, factory training and support, diagnostic tooling, and other items necessary to successfully perform off location duties. Job Overview: Perform preventative maintenance, aerial inspections, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of construction, aerial, and industrial equipment. Record documentation and data for maintenance programs, repairs, and inspections. Create estimates for effective and efficient repairs. Quality assurance Parts research and ordering Uses hybrid planning systems to schedule, perform, and complete fleet and customer agreements. Works closely with other departments to strengthen customer relations and requirements. Service Agreement and Maintenance technicians travel to job sites and customer locations to perform duties. Maintain regulation requirements for on or offsite safety programs and site access. Some on-call responsibilities may apply Full time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month. Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in comparable markets. (Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing automotive, truck, construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment.) Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical, mechanical abilities. Beneficial experience would include DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets. Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify. Starting pay rate dependent on experience and certifications.
