Our wallcovering is featured in hotels, restaurants, stores, hospitals, and schools based upon our Clean Vinyl Technology. Employees in the Print department at Len-Tex will be working with our Printing Machines helping to load and unload film for printing. Employees will watch for Quality problems and assist on cylinder transfers during print setup. Print employees will assist the operator as directed. i.e. cylinder retrieval, washing rubber rolls, guide rolls, web breaks, etc. Employees will be responsible for working with their Team on unit wash-ups; cleaning the print cylinders and ink pans after a print run. At times print employees will assist the operator tending units during print runs; watching for low ink levels and print defects and notifying operator if they occur. Print employees will observe paperwork procedures and be able to write up a print production roll accurately. There are four levels to our Print Team: Gravure IV Technicians (entry-level); Gravure III Technicians; Gravure II Technicians or 2nd Operators, and Gravure I Technicians or Operators. Individuals can move up within positions as they show they have mastered the skills at the level they are currently at in the Team. As individuals move into higher levels, their pay will be increased accordingly. Len-Tex wants hard-working, reliable candidates to apply now! Ability to visually discern print problems on a moving web. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Six to twelve months previous manufacturing experience in an environment where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork were of importance.
