Summary of Position While upholding the Llywelyn's Pub Culture, Ideals, and the Mission/Vision/Values, the Assistant GM is responsible for all Front of the House functions including: preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, hiring and training of employees in methods of hosting, serving, bartending, food running, and floor managing. The Assistant GM (Front of the House Manager) will be responsible for maintaining and scheduling proper staffing levels based on location budgets and staffing pars. Essential Characteristics of a Llywelyn's Pub Manager Ability to deliver results; never content until the job is done. Can prioritize responsibilities and work effectively, while dealing with a variety of requests throughout the day. Quick, Intelligent, and adapts well to new situations Communicates in a professional manner whether verbal or written, while demonstrating sensitivity to the needs of diverse guests and co-workers Ability to stay organized and work with minimal supervision
