Responsibilities Prepare engagement letters for Audit department and Outsourced Accounting department Prepare RFI's and formatting letters for various departments Providing support to partners and staff to include but not limited to administrative duties and organization Qualifications Proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times Rubino & Company is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
