Home Health -OTs Mchenry, Illinois Part- time and PRN Openings Inspired Homecare is a small home health company looking for experienced occupational therapist to work in the Mchenry suburb and surrounding areas. Therapist should be familiar working in home health, great with time management and looking for flexible caseloads and schedules that they can control. What we are looking for: OT License state of IL Reliable transportation with valid insurance Knowledge of HCHB preferred Minimum 1 year experience working in Home Health Excellent communication and people skills What you will do: Evaluate patients' functional status Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function Using HCHB maintain clinical records and reports of any changes to the patient's condition Participate in discharge planning for the patients
