Summary: Running Rebels Community Organization is seeking a dynamic individual to provide intentional mentorship and after-school support to youth ages 12-21 years-old. Position: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Hours: Monday-Friday (llam-7pm), some late evenings and weekends Pay: $18/hour Benefits: We offer an excellent benefit package, which includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), access to employee assistance program, pet insurance, and more! Responsibilities: Provide professional 1:1 and group mentoring to youth in school, community, and afterschool settings Guide youth in identifying strengths, completing academic and personal goals, and increasing positive connections with community Communicate with parents/guardians, school staff, and other youth supports Maintain accurate documentation using online database Assist with recreational programming Support prevention education groups and campaigns Provide safe and reliable transportation Engage regular team meetings, professional development trainings, and agency events Qualifications: Strong problem solving/conflict resolution skills Detail and team oriented Committed to ongoing growth and personal development Experience with online documentation systems, Microsoft Outlook Associate or bachelor's degree in related field is desired but not required. Requirement: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance Two years' experience working with youth ages 12-21 years-old
