Coker University is seeking highly-motivated applicants for the position of Assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach . Coker is a member of NCAA Division II and competes in the South Atlantic Conference. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all areas of the program to include: conducting practices and conditioning, recruiting, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, fundraising, scheduling and other coaching and administrative duties under direction of the Head Coach to assist the track and field programs; experience in distance training/events is preferred. This position will foster and champion DEI and maintain an equity mindset, and will support and model the University service standards. The salary for this full-time permanent position is $37,500. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Master's degree is preferred. Intercollegiate coaching experience is preferred.
