This in an entry-level opportunity with a regional family-owned and professionally managed company, serving the hospitality and healthcare markets since 1934. Responsibilities: Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expense accounts are charged by cost center. Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities and scheduling and preparing checks. Processes expense report and prepare payments. Prepare excel spreadsheets for management. Experience 1 - 3 years in accounts payable. Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs. Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department.
