The Painter shall use repair techniques, which are consistent with the company philosophy and produce repairs, which are safe and correct to the original manufacturer's specifications. Color match and mix paint. Refinish and blend, panels or entire vehicle. Complete all refinishing per the estimate or repair order. GENERAL: Take instruction from, and answer to, the Body Shop Manager Maintain working area in clean/safe condition. Continuously strive to improve efficiency in S/he own work area and the overall operation and be willing to participate in shop meetings and training programs, which are sponsored by the company. Advise Manager immediately of any hidden or missed damage which does not appear on an estimate or repair order. Treat customer's cars with respect and keep clothes, tools, and equipment clean so that their vehicles do not become unduly soiled or damaged. Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees
