A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE In this full- or part-time office position, you are an essential part of our team. You will enjoy performing a number of exciting duties related to the overall care of our guests within the fixed base operation (FBO), both in the office and on the ramp at the aircraft. Making the first impression, you create positive, personable, and memorable interactions with every individual you come in contact with. Throughout your day, you communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members via radio, email, phone, and in person.You accept and relay ground service requests such as aircraft fueling and arrival or departure information. With attention to detail, you ensure that requests critical to our successful operation are handled appropriately. You are an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service in aviation . QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of fixed base operation (FBO) or related experience within aviation 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or concierge related fields 21+ years of age Valid driver's license without restrictions Do you have a desire to serve others? Do you have a basic knowledge of aviation terminology? Are you naturally outgoing with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service experience?
