Description:
The Maintenance Technician maintains and preserves multi-unit buildings to make sure they operate efficiently to meet agency and community standards to fulfill EDEN's mission to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing for our residents.Trade and/or technical school training in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC or building construction and a minimum of 3 years related work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic are required. Also required is a valid OH driver's license, with good driving record, operable vehicle and proof of insurance.HVAC certification is preferred. EDEN's mission is to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness.
