Job Overview: Sanford Federal Inc is looking for a qualified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to provide physical therapy services on site at the 175th Wing (WG) located in Middle River, MD. Job Details: Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Specialist Location : 2701 EASTERN BLVD MIDDLE RIVER MD 21220 Schedule: TBD Requirements & Skills: A minimum of Five years' experience is desired Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in an accredited exercise science, Creditable specialized experience includes developing long and short- range planning and coordination of sport/mission specific performance programs Must have experience working with professional and/or collegiate athletes, or equivalent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work in cooperation with the sports medicine or athletic training staff in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes. Design and instruct curricular strength and conditioning classes, as needed. Coordinate a cocurricular novice level program exposure for grades 5 - 8 that serves as a strength and conditioning introduction reflecting research driven practices and our country Long‐Term Athletic/Fitness Development Model.
