Come join a growing family practice team!OneTeam,OneU#Responsibilities:Provide front office and medical assistant support including but not limited to patient care, filing, scheduling, registration, insurance verifications, and patient referrals.· Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts, including filing and pulling charts· Greets patients and visitors· Initiates a triage for response by medical personnel· Registers, verifies and updates patient records· Provides exceptional customer service, responds promptly and appropriately to customer needs· Maintaining office and medical supplies· Handles physician requests in a timely manner· Prepares and sanitizes roomsKnowledge and Skills:· Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet software, and Microsoft processing software· Detail oriented and organized· Flexible and reliable· Professional attitude, patience and kindness in all interactions
