SUMMARY: Responsible for accurate printing, sealing, sorting and packaging of payrolls for distribution to clients. Must do any mailings requested by the department leaders. Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the printing and sealing equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Print client packets Seal checks Work with various delivery method systems (UPS, Courier, Mail) Distributions of all Mailings and Marketing material Equipment monitoring Next day preparation Inventory, form, check and toner ordering Verifying total payroll processed and tax files received by third party providers Additional duties may be assigned as needed
