More about the Day to Day: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm and we will never ask you to work weekends Commission : We pay 5% commission on every paid sale. No minimum quota and no cap! No fluctuating and ever-changing commission structures. Base Pay: New employees who are bilingual and /or have experience in sales, construction, safety is $31,200 per year plus commission and bonuses. Why should I join the JJ Safety team?
