801 Chophouse is a FAMILY OWNED, INDEPENDENT restaurant group with locations in Kansas City, Leawood, Omaha, Des Moines, Denver and Minneapolis. We currently operate 2 concepts in Clayton, 801 Fish and 801 Chophouse with a new concept 801 LOCAL opening this fall! We are currently accepting resumes for talented, hard-working Assistant Pastry Chef with a passion for pastries and desserts to work along side Pastry Chef Jenny Grob! You will be involved in all aspects of production management at all three locations! Our scratch dessert menus are created in-house by our Pasty Chefs! **IN HOUSE, SCRATCH DESSERT MENU DEVELOPED BY OUR CHEFS** Assistant Pastry Chef Candidate should possess: -Experience in high end, ' la carte pastries and petite fours. -Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings and holidays -Experienced in working at a fast pace, while maintaining quality standards. -Self-reliant and ability meet production deadlines -Passionate and creative about pastries -Ordering, Inventory, Production pars -Strong work ethic -Positive "Can Do" attitude -Savory cross over and experience a plus -Cake decorating and/or bread skills a major plus
