Big Dean's Hot Chicken is looking for crew/team members to work in our restaurant. In addition to the team/crew member duties (guiding our guests through the menu, ensuring order accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service) leaders are responsible for opening/closing procedures and leading co-workers through shifts.
