JOB OVERVIEW The Business Developer will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer to support the maturation and strategic win of bid opportunities in support of ITC's federal customers. The primary focus of this position is front end lifecycle of business development (Pipeline development, customer engagement, call plans, account plan development, partner engagement, industry events). The successful BD Executive will be able to seamlessly build and mature a full and open pipeline for a middle market company, attend industry events for networking and relationship development, and build and mature client and partner relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies new business opportunities utilizing resources available within the marketplace, such as GovWin, Orange slices, LinkedIn, and Sam.gov. Also identifies opportunities by prospecting independently. Primary responsibility for development of the BD pipeline with identified opportunities that align to our capabilities, customer base, and strategic goals. Develop Account Plan with paired Operations Executive tailored to DOJ Works directly with the Capture team and CGO to qualify identified opportunities from the pipeline and development customer intimacy for each opportunity. Researches and gathers data that is helpful for gate reviews to further enhance probability of win. Conducts first gate review for all identified opps. Maintains relationships with potential teaming partners, federal customers, and others to support an end-to-end win strategy. Supports the CGO with the business growth strategy and then devises an action plan with goals and objectives. Accountable with annual bookings goals towards overall company goals. Work with Capture to assist in solution sessions, identification to qualification of opps, opportunity hand off, and customer/opportunity intelligence. Develop 1 and 2 year Full & Open opportunity pursuits in respective agency of expertise Identify and develop F/O subcontract opps with SB Primes in target markets and capability areas Pipeline development in Legacy SB vehicles and Channels available to ITC Federal. REQUIRED: Must have DOJ expertise and relationships in a large business capacity (Full and Open opportunities). Experience selling our services (cloud, devsecops, federal financial systems, cyber, AI/ML, large scale clerical work) Experience with incumbent capture and strategic teaming opportunities Ability to develop and execute calls plans, account plans, partner engagement, industry events Must be willing to attend networking and industry events 10+ years in front end of federal business development lifecycle Successful track record of Full & Open contract awards in excess of $50M per year over last two years Ability to develop a qualified pipeline of $300M+ in target agency Participate in PMRs for all programs to generate organic growth DESIRED: Prime contract awards of $100M+ full and open Established relationships in BOTH DHS or DOJ, rather than just one In depth technical understanding of App Dev, DevSecOps, Oracle, AI/ML or Cloud Proven skillsets to work with the capture team post qualification Ability to contribute to proposal development WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ITC Federal, Inc. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and will not discriminate against any application for employment on the basis of age, race, color, gender, national origin, religion, creed, disability, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, genetic information, military status, disability, or sex including pregnancy and childbirth or related medical condition or on any other basis prohibited by law.
