When you work for Skytron, you get so much more than a job, including: Hybrid work arrangement Comprehensive benefits, beginning day one Annual bonus Paid vacation, personal days, and holidays 401(k) and Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement program Onsite gym Family-owned and operated business As the Customer Service Manager, you will: Provide management and leadership to the Customer Service team, ensuring daily tasks and orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner Meet regularly with the Customer Service Supervisors to discuss team performance, metrics, and other items pertinent to the CSR team, ensuring established processes and work instructions are followed by all team members Lead team rhythm meetings and huddles, fostering collaboration and communication in a hybrid work environment Work closely with key individuals within operations, ensuring customer orders are on track for promised ship dates Monitor project milestones on a daily basis, analyzing data in order to provide direction to others and address areas for improvement Respond to escalated inquiries from Authorized Representative Firms related to orders, policy, billing, reimbursement, and post-shipment issues Collaborate with others within operations to assist in the resolution of inventory issues and documentation errors that may arise throughout various stages of projects Manage, develop, and mentor the CSR team, addressing escalated personnel issues as identified by the Customer Service Supervisors For success in this role, you will: Capably handle required administrative functions Verify work to ensure accurate results, requiring minimal rework Be internally motivated and work well with minimal supervision Listen to others, expressing ideas, both orally and in writing Coach and instruct others on specific work activities Base decisions on verified information, business acumen, and informed intuition Give customer needs priority, responding quickly to concerns and demonstrating a desire to assist others Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field (strongly preferred) Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success serving the needs of customers in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environments Have prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager of a Customer Service team or similar department Have previous experience working within ERP systems, similar to IFS (strongly preferred) Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to coach and instruct others Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel If you need assistance with any aspect of the application process or would like to request a paper application, please contact Skytron's Human Resources Department at 800.759.XXXX.
