HVAC Service Technician Location: Marmora, NJ Full Time: Monday-Friday with Emergency Service On-Call Schedul e Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 including Benefits & Bonuses ($27 - $40 per hour) Benefits: Comprehensive Union Benefits Package including Full Family Coverage Health Insurance Pension Annuity Fund Education Fund All Major Holidays Paid Paid Time Off Paid Training Spiff Bonus Program Company Truck Job Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. The service technician is responsible for performing those operations as assigned to them by the Service Manager or Dispatcher. Requirements: Valid driver's license 4 + years experience Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replace decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques. Desired Qualifications: EPA Certification Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School NATE Certified Familiar with Flat Rate Billing procedures Insurable driving record Possess tools needed About Us: Broadley's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been family owned and operated since 1911, and continues the tradition of providing excellent HVAC and Plumbing services in southern New Jersey.
