This position has also an option of working remotely after a 2-week training period in the office. Position Summary: Answer technical support calls from our customers, assign ticket severity, prioritize work accordingly, and collaborate with other staff members and vendor support resources to resolve issues and provide the customer with a high-quality experience according to company standards. This role may require visits/driving to the customer to help resolve their issues. Job Requirements: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Minimum 2 years of Technical Field Support experience Experience in the IT networking field is preferred Microsoft Professional Certification is preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Positive "can do" attitude Passion for teamwork and continuing education/development Strong attention to detail Experience with Dell, SonicWALL, FortiGate, Ubiquiti, Office 365, Servers, Screen Connect, experience with PBX, VOIP, and Microsoft Hyper-V technologies is a plus
