Purpose: The Bubblista BA crafts all hand-crafted bubble tea beverages in a fast and efficient manner while displaying charismatic showmanship qualities and abilities. They are able to do this by maintaining a strong work ethic, communicating clearly and effectively and successfully working with other individuals on the team. Responsibilities: Creates beverages according to specific recipes in a timely and precise fashion. Engages in professional and friendly interactions with customers at all times. Maintains order accuracy. Stays up to date on all beverages listed on menu and can accurately explain flavor profiles and ingredient descriptions to customers. Creates and maintains a friendly work environment. Maintains cleanliness and organization of all bubble tea equipment, workstations, coolers, walls and flooring. Adheres to all health code standards and up-to-date practices. Engages in proper re-stocking and FIFO practices to ensure the freshest and highest-quality product. Ensures that all food storage units are cleaned properly and stored carefully to prevent breakage. Essentials: Behavioral Characteristics: Positive attitude, is pleasant and helpful to staff and customers. Team player, has the best interests of the entire staff in mind and acts according to this belief. Strong work-ethic, performs the job to the best of their ability. Attention to detail, ensures all hand-crafted beverages are made accurately and consistency. Coachable, is able to take direction and carry out instructions. Quick-learner, develops and applies the skills, traits and job qualities to be successful in this role. Time-Management, uses their time usefully and efficiently.
