We hope you will decide to join our family of dedicated employees. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Development Manager to develop consumer wholesale product offerings. Assist with Overseeing research for new products. Assist with managing product and industry developments; identify potential new product opportunities Support Product Development Manager, and team on all aspects of development Maintain current knowledge of the changing internal/external business environment, industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Negotiate with international vendors on product specifications, pricing, minimums and delivery lead times of new product. Coordinate with design team on new art work and product assortments. Maintain royalty reports and sample orders Ensure labeling and marketing matches product specifications. Coordinate product ordering with the importing department Maintain excel spreadsheets and power point presentations Demonstrates a commitment to C&F Enterprises, Inc. core values. Skills Analytical and problem solving abilities Leadership Time-management, organizational and detail oriented Ability to work both independently and in a group setting Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel Competencies Exceptional customer service Positive Energy Level Team Player Multitasking Negotiation Desire to learn and grow Creative Thinking Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years or more years of related product experience Demonstrated leadership skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge in home fashions, gifts, textiles or retail industries Physical requirements Sitting, Standing, Walking Ability to move up to 50 lbs. Travel internationally to visit mills and suppliers for buying, design inspiration and production updates.
