JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for a School and Community Based Therapist to join our team of knowledgeable professionals making a real difference, every day. Our School and Community Based Therapists carry clinical responsibility for students identified for intake, evaluation and treatment and work with their families or care systems. The School and Community Based Therapist is under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Clinically collaborate with other staff and participate with them in evaluating the services and planning of future goals and objectives Provide ongoing therapy and crisis intervention to students and their families Serve as a member of the school's multi-disciplinary team Support and facilitate an environment that is both safe and promote optimal trauma informed care. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Master's degree in related field required. LMHC or LISW licensure in State of Iowa is required LMSW or Temp LMHC with required supervisory requirements met Prefer previous experience in the field of mental health, including individual and group therapy with children and adolescents Excellent public relations skills required Excellent written & verbal communications skills required WHO YOU ARE: Humble.
