We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who has a passion for helping others and is Bilingual. This is an entry-level position, as we provide hands on training to become a skilled Merchant Support Specialist with Quantum ePay! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research items and transactions of the merchant's processing history. Assists with terminal and gateway related services issues. Trouble shoot technical integration issues with merchant processing partners. Resolve Billing Questions Review & Analyze Merchant Fee's and Pricing Answer all questions the merchants may have. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service and/or Sales Experience preferred Experience in Merchant Services or Payment Processing preferred Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills Strongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed Strong work ethic and self-discipline PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience Bilingual (Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese) Ability to drive company vehicles from time to time SALARY: This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits. Base hourly range: $17.00 - $21.00/hr Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $50,157 - $60,141 WHY WORK HERE?
